Server City offers a one-hour reboot guarantee during office hours and two hours outside of office hours. However, when you require the ability to power-cycle your machines instantaneously, we would recommend that you subscribe to our remote reboot service.

Machines in a shared cabinet (i.e shared colo, dedicated or managed servers) is per-port pricing, whereas remote reboot for machines in lockable rack-spaces are quoted per 8-port switch
