Monitoring
In the event of a service on your server failing, e.g. the web or email server, it’s important you are informed as soon as possible so you can take appropriate action to minimise any downtime.
Every 15 minutes our advanced monitoring service checks your server is available on the network and that the web, email, ftp and a selection of other services are running and accepting connections. If any service fails you will be notified straight away by email or SMS.
