Q: How long have you been in operation?
A: Established in the late nineties and reborn in 2001 as part of a management buyout from the international multi-service provider, Jippii Group OYJ, Server City operates from multiple fully featured, carrier class data centres. Privately funded, the focus is on providing quality of service while maintaining value for money and flexability in order to provide the end customer with the maximum return on investment.

Q: How secure is my equipement in your the data centre?
A: Our Data centres have 24/7/365 Security personal onsite as well as CCTV and access is only granted to authorised persons only.  You can be assured your Server and files are safe with us.

Q: Do you offer Disaster recovery options?
A: Yes, we have multiple Data Centres both inside and outside London allowing us to offer you an effective peace of mind solution.

Q: How soon will I be online after I place an order?
A:If the hardware and space required is in stock you can be online the following business day after your first payment clears.

Q: Do you have a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
A: Of course, our sales team will provide a copy for you or you can try the link “Service Level Agreement” at the bottom of this page

Q: Can you backup my data?
A: Yes we can, please visit our Data Backups page or use our “Request a quote” option for more details.

Q: <Can you protect my server with a firewall?
A: Yes, check out our Firewall page for details on the options available.

Q: Can you notify me if there is a problem with the server?
A: Absolutely. Our advanced monitoring systems check that not only is your server available, but if its services (web and email etc) are running too. Check our Server Monitoring page for more details.

Q: Can I upgrade my server before the end of the contract?
A: Yes, we don’t penalise your success! If you need to upgrade before the end of your contract just contact our sales team who will provide you with a quote.
