Having been with Server City for nearly 5 years now I would like to comment on their excellent service!
We started with a colocation of a Unix box, in fact we still have that, but have also progressed to a dedicated Window 2k server.
Not knowing much about internet servers, other than we need consistent e-mail services and our web site always available to our customers, Server City have proved invaluable in providing exactly what it says on the can, and more. Their support team don't talk in jargon, and ring you back when they say they will! It makes us feel like real people, not just a number when you ring them as they know who you are, what level you're up to, and what you need from them in the way of assistance.
We used to be with Verio as we thought that you'd have to pay the earth to get the best service - Verio were fine although a tad expensive but the biggest
problem was getting my emails to their support returned because I'd mistyped our name to them (something like 'Number 1920867433 or maybe 91... according to them). It's great contacting server City when we can be just plain old AlterTherm which, strangely enough, is our name!!
Our new Windows server will be used by our 80+ engineers who will pass mission critical data from their PDA's through their Mobile phones and onto our web-site ready for our clients to access their own personal areas of data. Our Managers and Directors, across Europe, log onto our central database to add and subtract information vital to our business. It's imperative our server is up all the time and also in a protected and secure environment - I'm happy to rely on Server City to keep providing just that service.

In June 2002 we were advised that Server City had, by means of a MBO, taken over the hosting side of the business from Jippii Group and that we would need to relocate to a different data centre.
After initial reservations we were assured this would result in an improved service and that current team members would remain in place. I can happily verify that the quality of service provided has been of the highest order
and that Server City has more than simply met our requirements. We continue to have an excellent relationship which is built on trust and a high standard of service.
Based on the service we recieve, I would confidently recommend any company requiring hosting services to use Server City.

We decided to update our hosting facility in December 2002, by completely upgrading our hardware & software. Previously we had been occupying a whole cabinet, but Server City managed to upgrade our hardware so that the space required was reduced to just 6U.
Net Communities has found the staff at Server City to be very knowledgeable and helpful, often going beyond what is expected of them to solve any issues that may have arisen. After a couple of initial problems, which you expect with every migration onto new servers, Net Communities are now up and running and have had very few problems since.
